Replacement and Exchange of Defective Products, USB Dongle or Manual


If a defect in the media on which the software is supplied, purchased from the Hamlet Video International Limited on-line store or any other authorized Hamlet Video International Limited reseller occurs during the 30 day period after the date of purchase, you may return it with proof of purchase to Hamlet Video International Limited who will provide you with a replacement.

 

To obtain a replacement or exchange of product or items please call customer support on the following:

You will need to provide the following:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your Order number (if applicable)
  3. Your Customer number (if applicable see your delivery note)
  4. Your computer reference number (obtained from start up window when your trail was first implemented)

     

Additionally you will be required to provide:

  1. The product name
  2. The Product version
    A receipt showing when and where the item was purchased.

     

Upon receipt of the above customer support will provide you with an RMA number (your returns reference) plus instructions and details for the return of the package.

 

Pleas note: Your RMA number will ensure that your package is accepted and is easily tracked. The RMA number must be placed on the outside of the packaging or shipping box.

Please Note: If you do not comply with the requirement to mark the RMA number on your package it will be rejected - resulting in delays.

 

Refunds:
Products purchased from the Hamlet Video International Limited on-line store or any other authorized Hamlet Video International Limited reseller may be returned to Hamlet for a refund of the purchase price only, providing: (a) notification is made in writing within 14 days of purchase (b) the product in unopened and in a resalable condition. Only after receipt of the information above and the product in an unopened and resalable condition will a refund be issued.

 

Please note:

Hamlet cannot provide refunds on any opened software or electronically downloaded (ESD) software.
